Return policy

If you want to return your order, you can within 14 days after your purchase.

Please create a return label via the email you have received with the option to generate a return, or fill in your details below in our return portal. Your track & trace code is the barcode you need. 

When creating your return in the portal, you can choose how you receive your shipping label:

• Return code (no printing needed): you receive a code that is scanned at the PostNL point — they print the label for you there. Available for returns from the Netherlands.
• Return label (PDF): download and print the label yourself and attach it to the package.

RETURN PORTAL

Upon receiving the return label, you have 14 more days to send the package back to us. 

Return costs depend on the country you are returning from. For returns from the Netherlands, the return costs are €7.50. The exact costs for your return are always shown in the return portal before you confirm.

Please note, these are the exceptions to our return policy:

- All tags must still be attached to the item, and the item must be returned in its original packaging.

- Items should not show any visible signs of use.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
