Return policy
If you want to return your order, you can within 14 days after your purchase.
Please create a return label via the email you have received with the option to generate a return, or fill in your details below. Your track & trace code is the barcode you need.
Upon receiving the return label, you have 14 more days to send the package back to us.
Return costs are €6.49.
Please note, these are the exceptions to our return policy:
- All tags must still be attached to the item, and the item must be returned in its original packaging.
- Items should not show any visible signs of use.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
