Refund policy

If you want to return your order, you can register your return within 14 days after receiving your order. Please fill in the contact form or email us at info@standtallstore.eu with your ordernummer and the name of the items that you want to return. We will process your request within two business days, and send the returnlabel to you by email.

Upon receiving the return label, you have 14 more days to send the package back to us. After that, the return is closed and can no longer be reopened.

Return costs depend on the country you are returning from. For returns from the Netherlands, the return costs are €7.50. The exact costs for your return are always shown in the return portal before you confirm.

Please note, these are the exceptions to our return policy:

- All tags must still be attached to the item, and the item must be returned in its original packaging.

- Items should not show any visible signs of use.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
